Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to ensure a high level of quality in the items you have purchased from us.

Distressed markings are unique on each intentionally distressed item and are not considered a fault.

All items are carefully packed to help avoid damages. In the rare case that your ordered items do arrive damaged, please email us at along with your invoice number and photos of the damaged item/s within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please note claims after this time will not be valid. Please do not discard your item/s until instructed to do so, as you may be asked to return it back to us. If you have discarded the item/s, all claim damages will be void. All damages will be assessed on a case by case basis. In the event that we cannot repair or replace the item/s, you may be entitled to a full refund (via the original method of payment) following an assessment of your order by Australia Post. (You will need to take your order, along with all packaging to a Post Office who is enabled to complete a Customer Service Complaint on your behalf. Please contact us so we can advise you of your closest Post Office who is able to complete this).

Free Local Pick Up
We offer free local pick up to our local customers. Pick up is from Home of Serenity, Oran Park, NSW within opening hours. (Please refer to our Contact Us page for our full address and opening hours.) After payment has cleared and your items packed, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. If you require urgent pick up, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can fulfill your urgent request.

Orders made with "Free Local Pick Up" selected as a delivery option, will be held for a maximum of 7 days. After 7 days, your order will be refunded via your payment option minus a 10% restocking fee.
